After you have completed the Wasp Master quest, the guild master will tell you that new quests are available at the Guild's quest map. When you enter the Guild hall you'll meet Briar Rose for the first time.
Ah, Now this one looks promising... Oh Hello! You must be the kid Maze is always talking about, can't imagine what he sees in you. Still I suppose Maze knows best, but where are my manners. Im Briar Rose, no doubt you've heard of me. No time for autographs Im affraid. I have to get to Knothole Glade for an important mission, speaking of which if you came for a quest card all the best ones have gone already. I'm sure the guild can find you something to do though, I hear the kitchens need cleaning. 
You can then access the Guild's quest map, where you can either choose to either Protect Orchard Farm or Attack Orchard Farm.
Protect Orchard Farm
After picking up the quest make your way to Orchard farm, travelling through Point Lookout, then the Greatwood Entrance. As you enter Greatwood Entrance Whisper will walk up to you and ask you about your quest.
So you're going to be doing some work down at orchard farm are you? I knew that was your true calling. I saw Lady Grey set the opposite quest in the Guild yesterday, maybe I should pick it up. I hope you've been practicing. You'll need all the experience you can get to beat me! See you later! Farm Boy!
She'll walk off leaving you alone.If you tru and use the Orchard Farm entrance from Greatwood Entrance, the path will be blocked with a sign explaining, This entrance is closed for repairs. Please use the front gate. Thanks Jenna.Use the Greatwood Lake entrance to find an alternate route to Orchard farm, when inside the Greatwood Lake, there will be a few enemies to kill before you can move through to Orchard Farm.
As you enter Orchard Farm, the farmer will greet you
Oh thank Avo you're here, I thought no one would answer our Guild request. I've arranged some more security to back you up but there are so many bandits they'll tear my farm apart. I wish we'd never found those damn stones, they've brought us nothing but trouble. My wife Jenna won't let them anywhere near the house so we've left them in some crates in the barn. They must be worth a fortune, they say lady Grey wants them. I've already lost three farmer hands in these raids. That must be them now, I better go inside and look after my wife, she's terrified.
After the farmer has sought protection in his farm house, the mission start screen will show, as soon as you close it expect the first wave of enemies. They will enter the area through the gateway that leads to Greatwood Entrance.
The first wave will consist of three bandits, go and meet them instead of waiting for them to get to you, as it puts some distance between them and the crates. Two guards will show up to help you with the fight although they can be pretty useless. The first wave didn't seem to interested in the crates when I fought them, instead focusing on me.
With the first wave over the second wave will consist of two swordmen and a bowman. Again confront them at the entrance, your two guards will probably do more damage to you then the bandits. They play quite fast and loose with the borrow and arrow.
Again you'll have a bit of waiting time before the third wave, which will see the arrival of a bowman and another two swordmen, This is the final wave before Whisper will appear, confronting you.
So you've learned some new moves have you? Well you're not the only one! I hope you've learned how to flourish, because that's the only way you're going to get close to me. Go on try to hit me with a flourish.
As she finishes speaking combat will start straight away, with Whisper going on the defence with your first few attacks. You'll need to use flourish in order to break her defence. Once you've defeated Whisper, she'll threaten that you've beat her this time but won't be so lucky next time.
Damn, you beat me again, I suppose this quest is yours then, but you can't stay lucky forever, Farm Boy! We are bound to meet again and I'll be ready!
After Whisper has teleported away, The farmer and his wife will come out and congratulate you on a sucessful mission.
You did it! I can't tell you how greatful we are! Someone should be round to big up the boxes soon, so we shouldn't have anymore problems. Can't see why there has been so much fuss about those stones, will glad to see the back of them myself. Must be worth plenty of money to someone though. I'll make sure to tell everyone about you, We need heroes like you around. Woohoo!
Happy with the job you've done they'll return to the house and the mission Protect Orchard Farm is complete.
